Channor completes Block One acquisition

Channor is delighted to announce that is has completed the purchase of Block One in Blanchardstown Corporate Park from Marathon Asset Management. Having originally built Block One and subsequently selling the building in 2005, this re-acquisition further strengthens The Channor Group’s ownership within Blanchardstown Corporate Park and solidifies its position as the number one provider of office space in Dublin’s north suburbs.

The 45,000 sq.ft building is 100% occupied with a tenant lineup of Synopsys, Regus and Bank of Ireland. We look forward to working with these companies in the years ahead as we deploy our asset management expertise to upgrade and enhance the building in the near future..
