Channor has announced the letting of Unit 271, Blanchardstown Corporate Park, Dublin 15, to Hager, a leading manufacturer of electrical and digital building infrastructure solutions.

The 30,460 sq. ft facility will serve as Hager‘s new Irish HQ, supporting the company’s continued growth and investment in the Irish market. The move reflects Hager’s ongoing commitment to servicing its Irish customer base from a brand new, high profile facility with strong logistical connectivity.

The letting of Unit 271 comes as neighbouring Units 272 and 273 have just reached practical completion. Terms have already been agreed on Unit 272, while Unit 273, a light industrial & office unit extending to 11,045 sq ft, is now available for immediate occupation. Unit 273 is available under the terms of a new long-term lease, at a quoting annual rent of €200,000 (exclusive).
