Channor Real Estate Group was delighted to join KSNPM on Tuesday, 1 September, for the official opening of its new offices at Cobalt House, Blanchardstown Corporate Park.
The event marked an important milestone in the continued growth of the multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, with Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation Jack Chambers joining members of the KSNPM team, clients, partners and guests to officially open the new North Dublin location.
Representing Channor Real Estate Group at the event were CEO Darren Harrison, Development Director Sean Murphy and Marketing Manager Brian Loughney.
Located across 4,733 sq. ft on the second floor of Cobalt House, Block 4B, the new office represents KSNPM’s second Dublin location and strengthens a growing Irish network that now spans North Dublin, South Dublin, Wexford, Galway and Cork.
The opening comes during a significant period of expansion for KSNPM. The company established a new Manchester office in June as part of its continued growth in the UK, while its overall headcount is expected to increase to more than 200 people by the fourth quarter of 2026 with the addition of this new office.
The company’s expansion reflects increasing demand for multi-disciplinary construction consultancy services across areas including housing, infrastructure, healthcare, education and the commercial sector, at a time when Ireland continues to progress significant investment through the National Development Plan.
Encouraging words from KSNPM and Minister Jack Chambers
Speaking at the opening, KSNPM Managing Director Mark O’Neill said the new office represented more than simply an expansion of the company’s physical footprint.
“We’re making a commitment to help translate investment and ambition into infrastructure that is planned well, delivered efficiently and built to serve generations,” he said.
Minister Chambers also addressed guests at the event and spoke about both the opportunities and challenges surrounding the delivery of major infrastructure projects in Ireland.
He highlighted the importance of addressing delays and layers of legacy policy and process that can contribute to major projects taking considerably longer to progress and deliver than in previous years.
The Minister also described KSNPM’s expansion as
“a strong vote of confidence in Ireland as a strategic location for companies like KSNPM”,
while highlighting the wider pipeline of infrastructure and construction activity in the country.
His comments were particularly relevant given KSNPM’s role in the built environment. The business provides a range of services including project and programme management, building surveying, design services, stakeholder management, cost management and advisory support across Ireland and the UK.
The opening also follows a strategic investment in KSNPM by Fexco Group earlier this year. The partnership is intended to support the consultancy’s continued expansion and strengthen its ability to deliver large-scale and complex projects across Ireland and the UK.
What this means for Channor Real Estate Group and Blanchardstown Corporate Park
For Channor, the arrival and expansion of businesses such as KSNPM is another positive addition to the growing mix of professional, commercial, industrial and technology-led businesses located within Blanchardstown Corporate Park.
The Park continues to provide businesses with the flexibility to establish and grow their operations within one of Dublin’s largest established commercial locations, with strong connections to Dublin Airport, the M50 and the wider national motorway network.
Channor was pleased to be part of KSNPM’s official opening and to welcome the company’s clients, partners and guests to Cobalt House for the occasion. We congratulate Mark O’Neill and the entire KSNPM team on this latest milestone and wish them every success as they continue their growth from their new North Dublin base at Blanchardstown Corporate Park.
