A string of office lease completions in Q4 capped off a strong year at Blanchardstown Corporate Park. In the last quarter of 2021 alone Channor exchanged leases for over 80,000 square feet of office space.
Data management software company, Veritas , has leased two floors extending to 27,280 sq.ft in the newly completed 2 Stemple Exchange for a 15 year term.
The HSE has signed up to 26,425 sq.ft of additional office space in The Nexus Building to bring their total occupancy in the building to over 50,000 sq.ft.
The Child & Family Agency, Tusla, leased 12,281 sq.ft of space within Units 4 & 5 of The Nexus Building.
Brand marketing and distribution company, Allegro took 7,373 sq.ft of offices also within The Nexus Building.
ADP HR & Payroll signed a lease for 5,059 sq.ft in Block 10 and recruitment firm, The One Agency took occupation of Suite 6 in Plaza 256.
