Synopsys leases space at 2 Stemple Exchange

Channor Real Estate Group is delighted to announce that the Amercian electronic deisgn automation company, Synopsys, has signed a lease for 22,891 sq.ft of office space at 2 Stemple Exchange in Blanchardstown Corporate Park. The Nasdaq-100 listed company specialises in tools to assist in the design of semiconductors and silicon chips.

Synopsys has called Blanchardstown Corporate Park home for over 20 years, since it first leased space from Channor at Block 1 in the ealy noughies. The company’s Irish staff will migrate across to 2 Stemple Exchange in late 2023 once the fitout of their new HQ is completed.

Synopsys joins an impressive tenant line-up in the Stemple Exchange scheme that already includes US tech firms Guidewire & Veritas. Amenities within the 170,000 sq.ft development include FUSE gym and Orani cafe, which is due to open in July 2023.
