Veritas Technologies leases further space in 2 Stemple Exchange

American international data management company, Veritas Technologies, has leased a further 15,217 sq.ft in 2 Stemple Exchange in Blanchardstown Corporate Park. This brings their total leased accommodation in the LEED gold certified office building to 42,497 sq.ft across the first, second and third floors.

With the Channor Group in lease discussions with potential occupiers about the fourth and fith floors of the Grade A 85,000 sq.ft building, we expect to make further letting announcements for the building in the coming months.
